It's Red Nose Day in the UK, a time when various production companies and talents band together to raise money to create, as the website puts it, a just world free from poverty. Often it features things we'd like to be seeing in the US, such as this two-part mini-episode of Doctor Who to tide us over until April 23rd when the new season starts with "The Impossible Astronaut."
