Remember that Disney and Lucasfilm now treat the Marvel Comics as canon, so... are we about to see the first meeting of Ben Kenobi and Luke Skywalker?
And seriously, if John Cassaday could not continue on Star Wars, getting Simone Bianchi to take over on art is a great choice.
You may guess from this intro that Star Wars has shot to the top of my must-read pile every month. Characterization has been rich and consistent with the movies, and the plot has been filling in little gaps that had occasionally made me wonder.
It's quite simply a great book.
