Monday Preview
Raw is War is live from Atlanta, GA tonight, the former home base for WCW. Already promised is a Shane McMahon vs. Diamond Dallas Page in a street fight match. Shane and Kurt Angle tore the house down in their street fight match at King of the Ring. While there are no promises that this match will be as good, the WWF is starting off on the right foot to deliver a solid Raw (on paper at least.) Also, it’s possible that a new WCW commissioner will be named. Will it be one of the former commissioners like The Cat and Mike Sanders or will it be a more shocking choice like the return of Ric Flair or Mick Foley? The other announced match is Lita and Trish in a tag match against Stacey and Torrie. Oh, did I mention it’s a Bra & Panties Match? Ah, there is nothing like watching television with your pants down around your ankles. It was unclear if this match was happening tongiht or at the PPV. Speaking of which, the Invasion Pay Per View is two weeks away so expect things to heat up in time to increase that all important PPV buy rate. One thing you will probably not see on Raw tonight is Kurt Angle and Steve Austin wrestling. Both are still injured from the last PPV, but that’s really no big deal. The two wrestlers have put on the most entertaining back stage skits in recent memory. Tiny hats rule!
Bonfire Supreme
XPW hardcore star, Supreme, was badly burned during a show Saturday night. During a “King of the Death Match” event with Kaos, he was held on the top rope by Steve Rizzano (I don’t know who these people are either) and T.J. Rush while manager Veronica Caine poured TONS of lighter fluid on a table in the center of the ring. The table was ignited, Supreme was thrown face first through the table and immediately caught on fire (well, duh.) I guess the fire extinguisher guy was on coffee break cause Supreme jumped to his feet and with his chest engulfed flames. He got out of the ring and began running around the outside of the ring until collapsing by the far turnbuckle. He was eventually extinguished. Paramedics attended to him while the show was stopped for 20 minutes. Eventually, the L.A. Fire Dept took over and had him ambulanced from the building. For those of you into the macabre, here is a photo from the show.
Have You Seen My Buff?
I think we are one of the first sites with this news. Buff Bagwell met with Jim Ross today in Atlanta and "the two men mutually agreed to end Bagwell's contractual obligations." This ends Bagwell’s very short and terribly poor run with the WWF, where he got himself in hot water almost immediately after rubbing many people in the promotion the wrong way.
Have You Seen My Dogg?
"Road Dogg" Jesse James was spotted at WWF New York during last night's MTV Heat broadcast. He apparently hung out with X-pac off camera and then went backstage. Sources report that Dogg was in the area for an indy show. Make no mistake though, Road Dogg has not re-signed with the WWF.
Worst Pay Per View Ever
Here is a rumored WCW vs. WWF tag match for the Invasion PPV.
WCW team: Lance Storm, Booker T, Hugh Morrus, Billy Kidman, and one more
WWF: Kurt Angle, Faarooq, Bradshaw, Hardcore Holly, and Test
These are only rumored teams. God forbid this is how it all goes down.

Rob Van Dam is signed by the WWF but cannot compete for a couple of weeks. He has to have a complete physical before the law would allow him to wrestle in the US. How long does it take to get marijuana out of the blood stream?
